The project is supported through the Digital Spark grant program, as part of the Regional Support Mechanism EECA project, implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation and TechSoup in partnership with CIVICUS as part of the Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI), which covers the Global South.

What We Aim to Achieve

Digital Literacy

To teach young people to critically evaluate information, recognize misinformation, and use digital tools safely.

Civic Participation

Engage young people from vulnerable groups—internally displaced persons, members of minority groups, and rural youth—in an active role in public life through online platforms.

Digital Inclusion

To ensure equal access to knowledge and opportunities for young people, regardless of where they live or their circumstances.

Project Phases

Awareness Campaign

Development of a digital toolkit and infographics, and launch of a social media campaign to promote digital literacy and civic engagement among young people.

Expert Webinars + Interactive Workshops

A series of online sessions with experts and hands-on workshops where young people develop skills in critical thinking, media literacy, and digital participation.

Offline Networking in Kyiv

A face-to-face meeting of project participants to exchange experiences, strengthen ties, and hold a final discussion of the knowledge and insights gained.
