Your Voice – Your Power

The project was implemented as part of the Let’s NGO initiative, carried out by the NGO «Ukrainian Professional Development» with support from the National Endowment for Democracy.

Project achievements

Amplifying voices

We amplified the voices of young people with experiences of displacement and belonging to minority groups through storytelling.

Stories of Responsibility

They taught young people to talk responsibly about their personal and community experiences without resorting to stereotypes.

A space for dialogue

We have created a space for dialogue, mutual understanding, and active youth participation in communities.

Project phases

Online workshops

for IDPs, Crimean Tatars, and Roma youth on identity, integration, and active participation in communities through the creation of personal stories together with storytelling mentors.

Mentoring support

to refine stories, handle sensitive topics, and prepare final materials with regular feedback.

Presentation of Stories

The final in-person event in Bila Tserkva, featuring a public presentation of the stories and the launch of a freely accessible online booklet.

Publishing and sharing stories online

through the social media accounts of partner organizations, youth centers, and the media to reach a wider audience and foster public dialogue.
